In which of Shakespeare's plays did Orlando appear? Well this is where this search engine outshines all others.

I looked up, "The right word" and found lots of important quotations, phrases and ideas I could use. When I tried love, forgiveness and desire I found that "the wisdom of the ages" comment wasn't trite at all when referring to the contents of this robust library.
The 276 authors (with over 5000 titles represented on the disc) have truly written great thoughts about anything you can think of so articulately, that it literally takes your breath away.

In this example, I found "to be or not to be" in 13 titles. And while some were indeed quoting Shakespeare, Plato and Aristotle were not. Check out those titles. I think you'll be glad you did.

So, Where Else And How Many Times Was This Word Used?
So you're reading a title. In this case, you're reading Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea. I wanted to see just where Nemo led his men onto the island. It's easy.
Here I simply double clicked the word Nemo and the search engine automatically identified how many times Nemo's name appears and exactly where each highlighted occurrence is. This is called Hypertext.
You simply double click ANY word in the text and the search engine automatically counts the number of times that word appears in the text of that title and highlights each occurrence for you. Wow! This is a great way to find some event in a book. Paper books were never like this.
Search Within Any Title For Anything!
OK, so now I'm reading Moby Dick. I wanted to see just what Ahab had to say about whales. It's easy. Double click on any white-space (not on a word) and you get the search entry screen.

I was listening to the news and I heard that Timothy McVey had copied a famous poem as his final 'statement'.
I didn't catch the author or the exact words. But I did hear something like "master of Fate". So I entered 'Master' AND 'Fate' within 10 words and Clicked Search.
It's All Here - Pulled From Today's Headlines. - Well, 125 Years Ago.
It's actually a very powerful moving poem. It's called Invictus. It was written by William Ernest Henley.
I've reproduced a screen shot of the entire poem above. What wouldn't be clear unless you had this library complete with a brief author biography and information about the titles, is that Henley wrote this brief poem while in a tuberculosis hospital.
So, his use of this powerful collection of words had a totally different meaning to me than McVey's.
