Try anything on our websites or
catalogs and evaluate it in your own home for 30 days. Within that time, if it
hasn't met or exceeded every one of your expectations, send it back.
If the product you wish to return
was part of a bundle of products that were sold together, you must return the
entire bundle.
Just return the product(s) to
DAK, prepaid and insured, in unmarked condition with their original parts, instructions
and the invoice (copies are fine) for a courteous refund.

the newsletter and site access, we ask for your eMail address and a password.
You may also give us your full

For orders we ask for your eMail
address, password, full name, complete billing/shipping address, phone number

We will only use it to deliver

Warranty
Should any product prove
defective within the first 30 days or receipt, simply return it to DAK for an
exchange or refund at your discretion.
Beyond 30-days, please consult
the manufacturer's warranty.
Prior Sale and Non-Availability.
Some
items sell out or are not available for other reasons. DAK reserves the right
to cancel any ordered received in a timely manner if in our best evaluation of
the situation we do not feel we will be able to ship your order.

Shipping Information.
DAK ships CD ROM materials in
protective shipping containers. We exclude fancy color pictures and extra environmentally
unfriendly plastic and cardboard.
Manuals are electronically reproduced
on the disc. This way we can deliver the actual information product to you for
the lowest cost.
Typographical Errors
We make every effort to avoid
errors. DAK cannot be responsible for errors.
However, should you buy a product
based on our error, it is, of course, covered by the normal conditions of our
30 day risk-free trial period.

products sold by DAK are covered by the individual manufacturers' warranties.
